Stop taking double bookings
Double bookings almost always come from calendars that are not in sync, not from typing mistakes. Close the gap by connecting every channel through two-way iCal: pull in the channel's calendar, and paste UrusPro's outgoing feed into that channel. Dates booked on either side will close on both sides within 15 minutes.

The steps
Copy the iCal link from each channel
Airbnb, Booking.com and most other channels give one iCal link per listing. This is a one-off manual job, per unit per channel.
Add that link to the unit in UrusPro
Each unit can take several incoming feeds. UrusPro pulls them every 15 minutes, not only when you open the page.
Paste UrusPro's outgoing feed into the channel
Each unit has one outgoing feed with a secret token. Without this step, sync is one-way only and your direct bookings do not close dates on Airbnb.
Check feed status
The calendar page shows when each feed last succeeded. The operations agent raises a finding when a feed has been failing for a while.

Imports run every 15 minutes. That is a limit of iCal, not our choice: channels publish a calendar file and the receiver pulls it on a schedule. For dates very close in, a manual block is safer than waiting for one sync round.
