Yes. Pay 10 months and get 12, for example RM 100 a year for each homestay listing after the first. Every plan opens the same modules: calendar and iCal sync, direct bookings, payments, long-term rentals, operations and team.

The normal price is RM 19 a month per homestay listing, RM 5 per rental room, and RM 25 for a listing let both nightly and monthly. We will tell you before prices change.

No. UrusPro charges a single monthly fee. Bookings that come through your own booking page carry no commission, unlike OTAs, which take a percentage of every booking.

Yes. UrusPro supports short nightly stays and long-term monthly rentals in the same unit, including rent schedules, deposits, tenancy agreements and receipts.

Guests and tenants pay by card or FPX through Billplz or CHIP. DuitNow QR, bank transfers and cash are recorded manually.

Yes. Enterprise is RM 800 a year for unlimited listings, billed yearly, with priority WhatsApp support from 10 listings. The normal price after early bird is RM 1,500 a year. It costs less than per-listing pricing once your yearly bill passes RM 800, for example ten homestay listings or more.

Yes, any time on the Billing screen. Yearly pays 10 months for 12, and the choice takes effect on your next invoice.

By bank transfer or the QR shown on the invoice, then upload the payment proof. There is no auto debit and no saved card.

Setting up yourself is free. If you would like the UrusPro team to set up your listings, prices and calendar, it is RM 50 per house, charged once it is done.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure in Tokyo, Japan, and handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
