UrusPro began as a side project to fix problems with our own homestay: double bookings, lost guest details and messy spreadsheets. Today it is the operating system for serious homestay operators across Malaysia. One account covers both overnight stays and monthly rentals.

Our story
We run homestays ourselves. We know what it is like to check the calendar three times at two in the morning, chase the cleaning team on WhatsApp, and match payments on a Sunday morning.
When we could not find a tool that treated operators as professionals rather than an add-on behind the OTAs, we built one. UrusPro is that tool.
We are a small team in Kuala Lumpur. We move fast, we listen, and we would rather earn your monthly fee than a commission on your bookings.
What does UrusPro take care of for operators?
- Calendar and iCal sync
One calendar for every unit, synced both ways with any channel that gives you an iCal link.
- Your own booking site
A public catalogue under your own brand, with direct booking and payment, and no commission per booking.
- Long-term rentals
Tenants, rent schedules, monthly bills, deposits and tenancy agreements, in the same units as your homestay.
- Payments, invoices and receipts
Online payment by FPX and card, recorded manual payments, and branded PDF invoices and receipts.
- Daily operations
Cleaning and maintenance tasks created automatically after checkout, with vendors, status and checklists.
- Pricing, weekends and peak season
Minimum price, separate weekday and weekend rates, and peak season rates by date range.
- Operations agent
Scheduled checks that tell you what needs attention, without changing anything by themselves.
- Reports and owner portal
Seven reports that export as CSV, and a read-only portal for unit owners.
- Smart locks
TTLock entry codes generated per booking that expire by themselves after checkout.
