Connect Claude or ChatGPT to UrusPro

Ask your AI assistant who has not paid rent, or have it change a price for you.

You can connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to UrusPro. Ask in plain words, like who has not paid rent this month or who checks in today, and it answers from your business's data. Once you agree, it can also record a rent payment or change a price for you.

How do I connect it?

  1. In UrusPro, open Settings, then AI connection, and copy the address https://uruspro.com/mcp.
  2. In Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, press Add custom connector, paste the address and save.
  3. In ChatGPT: turn on developer mode in Settings, then open Connectors, press Create and paste the same address.
  4. The AI app opens UrusPro. Sign in with your work account.
  5. Read what it will be able to do, then press Allow.

What can it do?

  • See your houses, listings, prices, bookings, tenants and rent balances.
  • See who checks in and out on a day.
  • Record rent payments, including part payments.
  • Switch listings on or off, and change prices.
  • Add tenants and bookings, and change a booking's status.

The assistant asks before it changes anything. Check what it proposes before you agree.

Can it see other businesses?

It acts as you, so it only sees the organisations you manage. If you manage more than one, it asks which.

How do I disconnect it?

Connected apps are listed under Settings, AI connection. Press Disconnect to stop one at once.

Do I need an Anthropic or OpenAI key?

This connection needs no Anthropic or OpenAI key. That key is only for the AI features inside UrusPro itself, such as writing a description with AI.
